Water resources
Development of facilities and infrastructure of water resources is directed toward utilization of water resources for clean water supply for households and industry .

Transport
The general targets of development of the transport sector in year2010 are as follows:
" achievement of stable condition of 88% and addition of 2,500 km of roads;
" increase in speed 47 km/jam;
" achievement of port Berth Occupancy Ratio (BOR) of 50-70%;
" increase in demand for domestic air passenger transport service by 9.78% and international air passenger transport service by 12.3%;
" punctuality in railway departure at 90% and arrival at 70%.;
" improvement of the facilities in river, lake and ferry transport.
" development of mass transport system and area traffic control system (ATCS) in 16 large cities.

Housing and settlement
The targets of housing development are:
" Decent housing for 266,000 low income families;
" increasing the capacity of housing development agencies..
" increasing the accessibility of the people to basic housing facility and infrastructure through development of drinking water supply infrastructure and facilities in 1,510 villages
" development infrastructure and facilities of waster water treatment in 130 areas and development of waster disposal infrastructure and facilities in 25 regencies/cities;

Energy Infrastructure
The targets in energy development in 2010 include (1) facilitation of development energy infrastructure such as processing facilities (oil refineries, power generating facilities), transmission and distribution of pipes (gas and oil fuels) and storage facilities (depots); (2) city gas system development in 3 cities Tarakan, Bekasi, and Depok, to serve around 11,000 households; (3) facilitation of increase in investment in energy infrastructure ; (4) facilitation of increase in the utilization of alternative energy non-oil including renewable energy (geothermal. solar, water, wind, biomass) as part of the program to reduce subsidy; (5) completion of the set of the implementation regulations of the Law No. 30 of 2007 on energy.

Electricity
Development of electricity in 2010 is directed toward (1) development of renewable energy for electrification of rural and isolated areas.
Among the targets of electricity development in 2010 are as follows:
" increasing the ratio of rural having electricity to 94% in 2010;
" increasing electrification ratio to 67.2%;

Pos and Telematic
The policy in the development post and telemetric (telecommunication and informatics) sector in 2010 is directed toward (1) Allocation of state budget with target oriented (2) encouraging cooperation with selected state companies and private companies; (3) encouraging active role of the people and local business people to utilize infrastructure /services already provided.
